Destinavia acts as a travel intermediary, arranging bookings and travel services on your behalf with third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transfer companies, and insurance providers. We are not the direct provider of these services and are not liable for their performance, except where required by law.

3. Bookings and payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant service provider.
• Prices quoted are accurate at the time of quotation but may change until confirmed and paid.
• Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may result in booking cancellations.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation policies vary by service provider. We will clearly communicate the applicable cancellation terms before you confirm any booking. Destinavia's service fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Where third-party refunds are available, we will process them on your behalf promptly.

5. Your responsibilities

• Providing accurate personal and travel information for all travellers.
• Ensuring valid travel documents (passports, visas) are held before departure.
• Reviewing and accepting the terms of third-party service providers.
• Obtaining appropriate travel insurance for your journey.

6. Limitation of liability

Destinavia is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: flight cancellations, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or acts of third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid directly to Destinavia for our services.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Xanthi, Greece.
