A single point of contact, complete documentation, and support while you travel.
What we arrange
You provide the dates and the destination. We return options, and on approval we book the entire trip: flights, accommodation, transfers and any documentation required.
The process is identical for a three-day trip to Munich and for a month across two continents.
What we handle
- Flight booking & management — Ticketed with your seat number and baggage allowance confirmed before you pay.
- Accommodation — Hotels and apartments selected against your budget and location requirements, and held in the traveller name.
- Ground transfers — Airport transfers, private vehicles and inter-city transport, scheduled against your flight times.
- Travel documentation — Visa applications, travel insurance, and entry requirements handled on your behalf.
- Local experiences — Recommendations for dining and local transport at each destination.
